PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, produces the show every two years. According to PMMI's September 22, 2026 announcement, more than 2,700 exhibitors will take part, and 48,000 attendees from 40+ vertical markets are expected. Exhibits fill all four McCormick Place buildings: North, South, West and Lakeside Center. Show hours are 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. October 18–20 and 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. October 21 (Central Time).
