KVKK Disclosure Notice

Under Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Polipak Plastik Ambalaj Ltd. Şti. acts as the data controller. Address: GEPOSB, İnönü Mah., Atatürk Blv., Gebze / Kocaeli.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Fulfilling commercial requests and running quotation processes
Providing information to authorized institutions and bodies (legal obligations)
Customer relationship management and communication

3. Transfer of Processed Data

Your personal data may be transferred domestically to authorized institutions as required by legal obligations, and abroad only to the infrastructure providers we use (email, database), within the scope of KVKK Article 9.

4. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

To learn whether your personal data is being processed
To request information if it has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
To request deletion or destruction of the data
To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
