Ceramic and Tile Pallet Strapping
Ceramic tile strapping ties tile cartons and sanitaryware to the pallet and keeps a dense, heavy load from sliding. PP strap handles the automatic line, and Superbant covers pallets banded with a battery tool.
Small volume, heavy weight
A tile pallet carries a lot of weight in a small footprint; when a forklift brakes, the cartons want to slide forward. Strap ties the cartons to the pallet, and corner boards keep the carton edges from crushing. On sanitaryware, run the strap over the load-bearing edge of the box or crate, never across the vitreous china.
When to use Superbant
Superbant is an embossed polyester strap applied with battery-powered tools or buckles. Its white, black, red, yellow and green options help a warehouse separate product lines by color. On an automatic pallet line, choose virgin PP. For tile exports, a buyer's specification may cite EN 13394 in Europe or ASTM D3950 in the United States; share any such requirement before you order.
